Das auffälligste Merkmal ist das von DEVON patentierte vollmechanische Zifferblatt. Ein System welches aus glasfaserverstärkten Nylonbändern, durch Umlaufen die Zeit anzeigen. Das Zifferblattglas besteht aus Polycarbonat. Der Antrieb der Devon Tread 1 ist ein sehr leistungsstarkes Lithium-Polymer Akku.
